Industrial Accident Prevention Program
Rules for Industrial Accident Risk Assessment and Risk Reduction Measures (MK not.532) are determined by the hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemical products related to the industrial accident risk assessment procedures and risk reducing measures, as well as substances and products (depending on quantity and level of hazard ) covered by this policy and measures.
Industrial risks can cause:

Adverse changes in the facility maintenance activities

Technological or mechanical damage,

Unintentional or intentional misuse of equipment and materials / product operations,

Other deviations from the in-process mode,
-
Other external factors which cause or may cause environmental harm to human life or health.
The responsible person or institution develops and carries out these Regulations: industrial accident risk reduction measures to ensure that workers, the surrounding population and public safety are guaranteed and also protect them from the harmful effects of industrial accidents, as well as maintain a quality environment, restore environmental quality in case of emergency.
In assessing the risks of industrial accidents, the responsible person:

determine the possible risks and adverse events on-site or off site, as the result may be caused industrial accident or threat

determine what events may make the heaviest consequences for the environment, human life, health and property,
-
evaluate the industrial accident or the risk-reduction measures of effectiveness and efficiency.
